Trade Show Event Hours- Thurs., Jan. 16 (9 a.m. -4 p.m.)  Fri., Jan. 17. (8 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

**DETAILS**

**Exhibitor Fee:** $800 per organization

**Exhibit Space:** Each exhibitor will receive a dedicated table and two chairs to display products and materials and engage with attendees.

**Meals:** Exhibitors will have access to all meal functions during the symposium, facilitating networking and engagement with participants. Two meal passes per organization.  Additional meals can be purchased.

**Visibility and Recognition:** Organizations will be featured in event program materials, ensuring exposure to all attendees.

**Presentation Opportunity:** Each exhibitor will be given a two-minute slot at the microphone, allowing them to share critical information and foster connections with ag educators.
