JFK spoke about a thankful attitude and said, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” Kansas FFA was once again able to Unite on the campus of Kansas State University to highlight the growth and achievements of our members, advisors, programs, and state. Every action taken, every word spoken, and every difference made through Kansas FFA is only possible through direct support from our sponsors and supporters.
In the Closing Ceremonies, the key message to all members states, “As we mingle with others, let us be diligent in labor, just in our dealings, courteous to everyone and, above all, honest and fair in the game of life.” We have so many people to say thank you to that live out this message and help instill these character traits in as many young people as possible across the state. As convection comes to a close, we reflect on how this event is made possible because each advisor, parent, volunteer, supporter, and sponsor and we want to say thank you for helping us to once again Unite as an entire association. Financially, our largest sponsors have stepped up in a big way. We want to express our thankfulness and we hope that each of us live by the standards of excellence set forth!
